The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Romania held the Final Round of 2019 Quiz on Korea – Romanian Preliminary on 25th May, 2019 at the Romanian-American University in Bucharest.
The seven most talented participants among all 59 applicants from the whole country competed, being cheered on by the wonderful audience who also had their own Quiz to pass – being rewarded with small gifts and token of appreciation .
The event ended with the exquisite „Taste of Korea”, a buffet of authentic Korean cuisine, filled with Kimbap (steamed white rice and other ingredients rolled), Japchae (stir-fried noodle with meat and vegetables), Dak Gangjeong (sweet and sour chicken) and Kimchi-jeon (Kimchi pancake).
